The Paper Ensemble is een project van kunstenaar en componist Jochem van Tol en muzikant en performer Ibelisse Guardia Ferragutti. Met hun papieren sculpturen spelen ze deze avond werk van geluidskunstenaar Ale Hop, met percussie van Frank Rosaly en Paul Koek. Een clash tussen de kleinste en zachtste geluiden we kunnen horen en de brutaliteit van percussie en versterking.

FaKruTu Dakar Edition is a vibrant mix of Senegalese percussion, vocals, and electric grooves by the FaKruTu Trio. Recorded live at TivoliVredenburg during the 15th anniversary of the World Music Forum NL, the performance showcases energetic and soulful music that crosses cultural boundaries.

FaKruTu Dakar Edition is a musical experience that spans from Dakar to Amsterdam, bringing together a passionate powerhouse of established musicians from Senegal, Netherlands, and the United States. Senegalese percussion and songs blend with the eclectic and electric grooves of the FaKruTu Trio. The band has built a reputation for delivering high-energy, soulful performances that get the audience on their feet.
