BallerinaBallerina, muziektheater van componist Petra Strahovni, gaat over een 15-jarig autistisch meisje. Zij loopt op haar tenen en zingt als zij overprikkeld raakt. Het verhaal is gebaseerd op het gelijknamige boek van de Sloveense schrijver Marko Sosič. Het is onderdeel van het project DisOrders van Ensemble Modelo62 en Strahovnik. Naast de vaste bezetting van Ensemble Modelo62 werken aan deze productie 2 sopranen, een performance artist/danseres en een video artist mee.

FaKruTu Dakar Edition is a vibrant mix of Senegalese percussion, vocals, and electric grooves by the FaKruTu Trio. Recorded live at TivoliVredenburg during the 15th anniversary of the World Music Forum NL, the performance showcases energetic and soulful music that crosses cultural boundaries.

FaKruTu Dakar Edition is a musical experience that spans from Dakar to Amsterdam, bringing together a passionate powerhouse of established musicians from Senegal, Netherlands, and the United States. Senegalese percussion and songs blend with the eclectic and electric grooves of the FaKruTu Trio. The band has built a reputation for delivering high-energy, soulful performances that get the audience on their feet.
