During the lockdown, he dove deep into live looping, composition, and sound design. At Gaudeamus Saturday Night 2021, Broos presented a brand-new solo setup and engaged in an improvisational dialogue with Tony Roe from Tin Men and the Telephone.

Senegalese percussion and songs blend with the eclectic and electric grooves of the FaKruTu Trio. The band has built a reputation for delivering high-energy, soulful performances that get the audience on their feet.
