Award-winning singer, vibraphonist, and composer Sanne Huijbregts is no stranger to inJazz. With her melodic, inventive, and sometimes downright quirky song structures, she leaves audiences in awe. We're thrilled that she is presenting her brand-new quartet at inJazz 2022. When reflecting on how she has arrived at this point, she doesn't just mention the intense struggles during the pandemic.“The search for this project was a long journey. I started developing myself as a percussionist, among other things. In the spring of 2021, my new compositions were ready for a project, and I cautiously began playing with some people. By rehearsal number 1, it was clear – this is my band, these are my people.
